Boys Don’t Cry

The podcast „Boys Don’t Cry“ is dedicated to unraveling the intricacies of men's mental health in Estonia and the Nordic countries. Four non-crying boys will explore the unique challenges and societal factors affecting men's emotional well-being while striving to break down the stigma that often silences their struggles. Join us on this journey of empathy, understanding, and change.

The boys in the studio are Paul Lloyd Robson, a coach and facilitator for men, father of three, husband and small farm owner based in Denmark; Christian Veske, Gender Equality and Equal Treatment Commissioner of Estonia; Jevgeni Timoštšuk, programme coordinator of Nordic Council of Ministers’ Narva branch office; and Tarmo Virki, the editor at Äripäev.
